Victim of P2P Chargeback Scam – Verified Merchant Reporting "Unauthorized Transactions"

Good day fellow Binancians, I'm scripting this to share a cautionary story.

About 2-Three weeks in the past, I bumped into a personal limit alone Zelle account. To complete a needed transfer, I used my good friend’s Zelle account (with their permission) to receive the funds. The transaction appeared to go perfectly: the customer sent the money, I confirmed receipt, and I released the USDT.

A number of days later, my pal’s bank account was all of a sudden disabled. After multiple calls to the bank's fraud department, we have been informed the account was flagged as a result of someone reported "Unauthorized Transactions."

Because of this single report, my good friend’s long-standing bank account—which has a history of hundreds of professional transactions—has been completely closed. The financial institution is refusing to reopen it despite our appeals.

The one that triggered this can be a Verified Merchant on Binance. Upon checking their current suggestions profile, I noticed I’m not alone. There are a number of current critiques stating that this merchant is pulling the exact same scam: sending money after which reporting it as "unauthorized" to the financial institution to get the funds again (a chargeback rip-off) after the crypto has already been released.

Despite numerous customers reporting this merchant for the same fraudulent conduct in the feedback, their account remains lively and "Verified." This can be a large safety oversight that is hurting innocent users.

Any recommendation on easy methods to get Binance to take motion when the service provider is clearly a serial scammer, or the way to save my good friend's Zelle account?
